Our school at the University of Brighton is buzzing with research, experiment and learning at all levels and in many different ways. Our teaching is based on expanding students' creativity, experimentation and our desire to prepare them to be designers of the future. Courses at Brighton are design-led. Architecture and design professionals work with our students to connect with the realities of an architectural career.

We believe in working and learning through engagement with all aspects of making and drawing - the core design tools. Since many years, our staff runs live projects, both at undergratuate and postgraduate level. Our live projects are mainly located in the Southeast of the UK.
